Have you recently taken the time to assess what your competitors and peers are doing? Using our CX assessment framework, we’ll carry out a sector audit for you. This will include a detailed analysis of up to 10 of your competitors. Our work will include a robust review of their CX alignment against brand promise, social media sentiment and impact and communications.
Based upon your IIC Assessment, you’ll be provided an IIC rating and this in turn is translated into a 1, 2 or 3 Star IIC Award. You’ll be presented with an IIC Award trophy and you’ll have an annual license to use the IIC logo demonstrating your commitment to customer centricity.
